LATE FEES have been applied to accounts!!

If you have not paid your 2025 assessment, there will be a 10% late fee applied to your account. When making payment please add it on to your total to be paid.

Make sure to pay your assessment yearly, whether you plan to use your irrigation or not to avoid late fees.

A 10% late fee is applied for any unpaid payment on March 16th. An additional 2% late fee is applied every 3 month there after until paid.
